Gibson Certified Vintage 1977 Gibson Super 400CES, Natural

1977 Gibson Super 400CES, Serial Number 06100703

This 1977 Gibson Super 400CES is an incredibly clean, near-mint example of Gibson’s top-of-the-line archtop. Kalamazoo’s excellence in craftsmanship is fully on display with this guitar. It looks stunning, plays beautifully, and sounds as sweet as you’d expect.

There is almost no checking on the guitar, no fret wear, and it remains in outstanding cosmetic condition overall. The only aesthetic changes from when it left the factory are in the hardware, with moderate tarnishing on the pickups and light tarnishing on the tailpiece, tuners, and bridge. It’s a beautifully preserved example of Gibson’s most prestigious archtop
model.

Comes with its original black and red Gibson hardshell case, along with a Certificate of Authenticity, Letter of Appraisal, and new Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Weight: 7.92 lb / 3.59 kg
