Log in to your Gibson account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians receive and inspect your device for functionality and condition, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
